Late or missing product
If you haven’t received a product yet, first check your bank account and make sure the transfer was done.
Then contact contact us at merch@himdubfestival.com with your e-mail proof.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at merch@himdubfestival.com.
